Harvest Carnival Volunteer Form 2022

Our Annual Harvest Carnival is an evening of fun for all ages! It will take place in the auditorium on Monday, October 31st from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. We will enjoy booth activities, The Pumpkin Place story time, The Toddler Zone, Jailbird Hotel (a carnival tradition!), Cookie Walk, and Game Zone.

The orientation meeting and booth preparation for ALL volunteers (except for bakers) will be Sunday from 3:30 - 5:00pm in the auditorium.

We welcome everyone to bring a bag of candy and place it in the Candy Can in the foyer.

I would like to participate in the Harvest Carnival by:

Helping clear and set-up the auditorium after church on Sunday, October 30th.

Completed - Hanging doorknob invitations in nearby neighborhoods the week of October 17.

Making 1 dozen jumbo cookies (size of a CD) individual wrapped for the cookie walk and to be delivered to the church kitchen on Sunday, Oct. 31st

Full - Greeting and directing guests during the event.

Full - Selling tickets in the foyer.

Overseeing a game booth with a friend by decorating, operating, and cleaning up the booth.

Assisting in take-down after the carnival (8:15pm). This includes setting up chairs, removing trash, vacuuming, etc.

Serving wherever I could be helpful.

*The Harvest Carnival orientation meeting and booth preparation will take place, Sunday, October 30th, from 3:30-5:00pm in the auditorium.
