I'm New

What can I expect at the worship services?

We have two worship services on Sunday mornings at 9am and 10:30am, where we sing together, pray together, and learn together from God's Word. We'll also celebrate communion together on the first Sunday of each month. Regardless of who is teaching, the goal is always the same: to discover the meaning of God's Word, its significance for our lives, and let it shape us through the work of the Holy Spirit.

What should I wear?

We want people to feel comfortable, so come as you are. You'll find some people wearing a shirt and tie, and some dressing casually. Our hope is that you find connection to God and a church family here, regardless of the attire you choose.

What about my kids?

Nurturing children and students in a safe environment is a core value at Glenwood. We have a number of Sunday morning children's classes from infant through 5th grade during each service, as well as classes during the 9am service for Middle School and High School. If this is your first time, we recommend that you allow a few extra minutes to get your kids checked in. Please feel free to have your kids participate in the service with you if that is your preference.

We know that there are a lot of choices your family can make with your time, and we are honored that you would spend a Sunday morning with us. We look forward to meeting you and becoming like Jesus together.
