Monday, April 19

Women's Bible Study
7:00 pm, Zoom

Beginning on April 12th at 7:00pm, we will begin an eight week study on the book of Colossians using Gloria Furman's study, Raised Together.

Paul's letter to the church at Colossae encourages believers to live out the reality of the doctrine of Christ - He is God, He is supreme, and He is sufficient. We have been buried with Him and raised to life with Him as new creations, knit together in love.

Tuesday, April 20

The Calling Discipleship Groups
7:00 pm, Off Site

Groups of 5 will meet throughout the month at a Discipleship Leaders house. Discipleship Groups will join in on a zoom call for announcements and then engage in a time of bible study and fellowship. The group time will end with prayer and encouragement. 

Wednesday, April 21

Middle School Gathering
6:00 pm, Worship Center

On the first and third Wednesday of the month, the middle school ministry will gather at Glenwood for bible study and prayer. On the second, and fourth Wednesdays of the month, we will gather in groups of 5 for our discipleship groups. These groups will meet in various homes hosted by our student's parents. Contact Andrew Zegan about locations and groups. We would love for you to come join us!

Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

High School Gathering
7:15 pm, Worship Center

On the first and third Wednesdays of the month, the High School ministry gathers together at Glenwood for bible study and prayer. On the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month, we will gather in groups of 5 for our discipleship groups. These groups will meet in various homes hosted by our student's parents. We would love for you to come join us!

Friday, April 23

First Things First
6:00 am, Library

Currently First Thing First meets over Zoom. Contact Al Curtis for the meeting link.


Each Friday morning from 6:00-7:00 a.m., Senior Pastor Paul A. Jackson hosts a men's Bible Study and prayer time in the church library. After an inductive study of the passage to be preached the coming Sunday, we then pray in small groups for the balance of the hour.  Feel free to leave for work, if necessary, any time during the hour.

Group Leader Training - Multiple Ministries
6:30 pm, Worship Center

This event is designed to equip small group leaders in the multiple ministries that they serve in.  This allows for some cross-pollination between ministries while giving individual ministries an opportunity to address ministry-specific issues that they face.  It will also be important to communicate about COVID protocols and approaches to the summer as we come out of a season of disconnection.

High School Discipleship Groups

The High School group will be meeting in various homes in discipleship groups the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month. For information on how to get connected, contact Brandon Dickson at bdickson@glenwoodcc.org
