Ted & Fridah Kayser

Ted has been a missionary in Africa since 1971, where he serves with SIM. He first worked in Ethiopia and after graduate work at Multnomah Biblical Seminary, began teaching at Igbaja Seminary in Nigeria in 1979. Ted later transitioned to Uganda and is teaching at Kampala Evangelical School of Theology (KEST).  In January 2018, Ted married Fridah Asiimwe, who works with Homes of Promise, ministering to street children. Ted has two children, son Stephen and daughter Ssanyu Gladys.

KEST Scholarship Fund

In addition to support for the Kaysers, a scholarship fund has been established in Glenwood's budget that pays the tuition and expenses for students in need at KEST. Over the years, this has enabled a number of students to attend the school who would not otherwise have been able. A portion of contributions in adult Sunday morning classes also go toward this fund.
