How You Can Help!

Set up: Saturday, March 25 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.; Saturday, May 13 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.; and Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday - May 15, May 16, & May 17 from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Set up tables and tents, move boxes, unpack boxes, display items, hang pictures, and bring order out of chaos.
You can help all three days, one day, or for an hour or two!

Drop Off: Saturday, April 22, 8:00am-1:30pm

Help manage the receipt of items for the sale.

Prepare Food for Workers: May 15 - May 20

Meals are provided for workers Monday - Saturday.

Sales Staff: Thursday, May 18 - Saturday, May 20 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

As we reach out to our community with the love of Christ, we need volunteers to help in many areas including the sale of furniture, tools, kitchen, etc. as well as helping customers. We also need Sales, STM staff, and volunteer clean up staff to assist after the Sale closing Saturday, from 2:00-5:00 pm, with take-down of tents, booths, tables, and packing up leftover goods.

Clean Up: Monday, May 22 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

We also need volunteers to put the barn back in order by loading the truck, cleaning the barn and storing supplies.
