STM Drop Off

One Drop Off Day - April 22, 8:30 - 1:00pm

We want to thank each of you for the items you donate to the STM Sale. The proceeds from the STM sale are used to fund Short Term Missions sponsored by Glenwood Community Church. A portion of these proceeds partially fund the student ministry mission trips. The high school students and young adults put in many hours of work prior to and during the sale. 

Guidelines for Donations:

Please make every effort to bring your items to the barn at the scheduled times. DO NOT bring your items when there are no STM workers at the barn to accept and process them. Contact one of the leaders if you need to make special arrangements. Please clean your items before you bring them to us. We cannot accept broken, unusable, or recalled items.

• We do not take clothing or shoes (with the exception of clean, slightly used sports shoes or other sports/specialty items).
• We do not take food items or tires.
• We do not take VHS or cassette tapes, CRT TV's or monitors.
• We do not take any recalled, out of date (car seats), or broken items.
• We do not take large, heavy items (sleeper sofas, hospital beds, motorized wheel chairs, large desks, pool tables, 4-drawer filing cabinets, hot tubs)
• We do not take Encyclopedias

Please get approval from staff before donating:

• Large sofas

• Exercise stations

• Other large furniture items

• Large tools

We do spend time and effort researching the prices of your items and would appreciate any help you can give us. If the item you are donating has a value that you are aware of, please document the information and secure it to your item. If you have large ticket items (cars, boats, etc.), please let us know as early as possible so we can research the pricing.
