2019 Church Board Nominees
According to our church constitution, the nominating committee’s responsibility is to present church board nominees for Glenwood member vote at the Annual Meeting. Looking at 1 Timothy 3:1-13, a nominee should demonstrate spiritual maturity, manage his household well, manifest a servant’s heart, and endeavor to live his life above reproach.

2019 Church Board Nominees
Cliff Hodgins - Elder (Three Year Term)
Cliff and his wife, Linda, have attended Glenwood for twenty-two years and have two grown children. He has served on the church board for twenty years. Cliff serves at Glenwood as church board chairman.
Al Curtis - Elder (Three Year Term)
Al and his wife, Terri, have attended Glenwood for thirty-eight years and have two grown children. Al is the Director of Operations at Glenwood and has served on the church board for thirty years. He is also a Life Group leader and food bank volunteer.
Wayne Cochran - Elder (Three Year Term)
Wayne and his wife, Margret, have attended Glenwood for almost twenty years and have three children. He is a software engineer at Intel Corporation and has served on the church board for three years. He serves at Glenwood as a LIFE Group leader and host and an Adult Equipping class teacher.
Mike McKee - Deacon (Two Year Term)
Mike and his wife, Julie, have attended Glenwood for over thirty years and have three grown children. He is a semi-retired sales manager and has served on the church board for over twenty-five years. He also serves as lead usher.
Dan Kromminga - Deacon (Two Year Term)
Dan and his wife, Karen, have attended Glenwood for thirty years and have three grown children. Dan is a local business owner and has served on the church board for over eighteen years. He also serves at the STM sale, King’s Kruz-In, as an usher and with Helping Hands ministry.
Emil Kulla - Trustee (Three Year Term)
Emil and his wife, Marci, have attended Glenwood for fifteen years and have nine children. He has served on the church board for nine years. Emil is a construction project manager and serves at Glenwood as an usher.
Scott Karlsen - Trustee (Three Year Term)
Scott and his wife, Molly, have attended Glenwood for sixteen years and have four children. Scott has served on the board for three years.
Jack Barnes - Trustee (Three Year Term)
Jack and his wife, Lores, have attended Glenwood for eight years. This is a first-time appointment to the board for Jack. He serves at Glenwood as a greeter, with Helping Hands ministry, and the STM sale.
Jeff Tompkins - Treasurer (One Year Term)
Jeff and his wife, Jona, have attended Glenwood for twenty years and have two grown daughters. He has served on the church board for seven years. Jeff is a local business owner and serves at Glenwood as the Haitian Leadership Development (HLD) president and on multiple leadership teams.
George Young - Sunday School Superintendent (One Year Term)
George and his wife, Brenda, have attended Glenwood for twenty years and have four grown children. George has served on the church board for six years. He manages a lighting company and serves at Glenwood as an usher.
