Harvest Carnival Volunteer Form 2021

Our Annual Harvest Carnival is fun evening for all ages. The event will be in the barn on Sunday, October 31st from 6:00pm - 8:00pm and will offer our traditional booth activities, along with our Pumpkin Place story time. We will have additional game activities, like giant Jenga ("Tumbling Blocks"), giant pick-up sticks, chess/checkers, and others (we're still creating our list ;)

The orientation meeting and booth preparation for ALL volunteers will be Saturday morning from 9:00-10:30am in the barn.

We welcome everyone to bring bags of candy and place them in the Candy Can in the foyer.

I would like to participate in the Harvest Carnival by:

Helping the GCC facility team clear and set-up barn on Thursday, October 28th

Serving as a pedestrian attendant*

Serving as a door greeter*

Overseeing a game booth with a friend, including its set-up and take-down*

Serving as a Pumpkin Place storyteller*

Serving wherever I could be helpful*

*The Harvest Carnival orientation meeting and booth set-up will be on Saturday, October 30th, at 9:00-10:30am in the barn.
