Dear Glenwood Community Church Family,

We are deeply grateful for the 63 years you have been the church home to our mother.  In 1954 it was this body that was the first to welcome her as a new bride to the community, and it was this group of brothers and sisters who gathered to celebrate her arrival in her heavenly home.  She was grateful for the love and friendship here and the opportunities to serve and pray.

We are grateful for your care for her and us; the way you have shared our grief with your prayers, kind words, memories, food, acts of service and gifts that will continue to tell the good news of the Jesus she is now seeing first hand. Our hearts are warmed to know that we are surrounded by so many who are here to comfort us until the day we join with her, in the presence of the great God from whom all blessings flow.
