Sunday Worship Services

For those who are not able to join us for an in-person gathering, you will find our worship service and Glenwood kids online each week. Our worship service will be available to stream live at 10:00 on Sunday mornings. It will also be available on demand after the service is complete.

This Sunday morning we will host two indoor worship services at 8:30 and 10:00. These services are for the whole family. At this time, we will not have children’s, youth, or adult classes.

In order for us to safely gather and in compliance with Washington State guidelines, there are a number of things you will need to know and be prepared for this Sunday:

  • Pre-registration for Services: Space will be limited to 25% capacity at each of our services in compliance with Washington State safety standards; therefore, to ensure a seat at one of the two services (8:30 and 10:00), please register to indicate which service you would like to attend each week and the number from your household who will join you. If you need help registering, please call the church office at 360-571-3300 during our regular office hours (Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 4pm).
  • Symptom Monitoring: Staff, volunteers, and attendees are to self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving at church. These include a cough, temperature above 100.4°F, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing or at least two of these symptoms: chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell. Please remain home if you, or anyone in your household, presents any of these symptoms.
  • Face Coverings: Staff, volunteers, and attendees are to wear face coverings at our gatherings. We will have disposable face coverings available for anyone who does not have one. There are some exceptions to this, such as children four-years-old and younger as well as those who have been advised by a medical professional not to wear a face covering because of health issues.
  • Physical Distancing: Staff, volunteers, and attendees are to practice physical distancing (at least 6’) at our worship gatherings. Our ushers will seat attendees to ensure that there is adequate space between you and others at the service.
  • Sanitization: Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building, as well as soap and running water in the bathrooms. We will also regularly clean high-touch surfaces throughout the morning.
  • Congregational Singing: On November 15 Governor Inslee announced a new statewide set of restrictions in response to the rapid spread of COVID-19 in Washington. A part of what was announced is a new rule restricting congregational singing at worship gatherings as a way to help slow the spread of the virus. Our leadership team has spent time seeking to understand the new rule, praying, and getting input from other churches in Clark County. We have been grateful for your prayers as we have sought the Lord's direction for our church family. For now, we plan to comply with the restriction on congregational singing.

We are excited to be able to gather again, even knowing that things will be very different. If you have any questions, please let us know by email at We look forward to worshiping together with you this Sunday!
